Time Search, suggestions?

I have often found myself wondering what that new song was that I heard a few hours ago when I was falling asleep. I have decided to add the function to the bot, so that you can ask in the IRC channel what songs played at a given time. I have done some investigation, and found that it should be easy enough to script, but I'm just trying to decide what kind of interface the command should have, as in, what kind/sequence of args. . . Don't want something that will take five years to type and then bug out because the user typo'd one thing.

I figure that perhaps I should ask the would be users =) What do you all think? An example of one already in place, to use as a model is as follows:

!search Artist Barddas

I would think something as simple as
!time 14:20
or
!time 2:20
but the only hangup on that would be that not everyone in the world is in (state your timezone) I suppose the default could be GMT and have people add optional timzones to that.
Maybe a -time to go X units of time in history might be easier. Yeah, that way everyone has to figure out when it was playing locally and all your search needs to know was that it was 3 hours and 48 minutes ago. If songs were overlapping, show both.

That'd be what I'd exepect out of it functionality-wise, but what do I know.
