I have noticed a change in Ireland over the years. The schools where I worked have changed. Buildings and businesses have changed and Ireland has welcomed an influx of other cultures. In the name of pluralism RTE TV has taken overtly religious pictures from the Angelus (call to prayer) broadcast on RTE 1 at 6pm and replaced them with pictures of sunshine-whatever that is & nature. Irish Poet Kavanagh once said Romantic Ireland's dead and gone, its with O Leary in the grave.
