I mainly love it because unlike Renn. fairs, we actually go out and learn to fight and have turnies based on how well you learned. We dont act.  |

How I would love to go to Pennsic. I wish I could go with you guys. I'm located in the Barony of Califia in the kingdom of Caid. (San Diego, CA.) So sadly, due to fees, I dont know if I'll ever be able to make it out there.  |

I personally love it. I've been involved in SCA for a few years now. I started out learning rapier. Now I'm learning combat archery on the heavies field. I dont even need to fight to have a good time. The night life is always something to see. Or just stroll'n through merchants row. The people you meet, the times you have... they cant be beat.
