Infact I would like to have a lunch with two dead people if I can... They would be Victor Hugo and the greatest teacher I had when I was a philosophy student... I never managed to thank my teacher for all he managed to bring to me in my way to consider life and my way to work and think on philosophical problems... I was to much awestruck by him, that is one of my biggest regret... And if Victor Hugo who is one of the man I admired the most, for his work but also for his commitments in the political world in France, it would be really really great... And I think it would be really interesting to argue together even if I think that I would more listened to them...
infact I'm just realising that it's not the place of the what if, but of an other game... Then ...
You could be able to welcome into your home someone who had hurt you a lot in the past if this person was really in need?
True - but the need would have to be life threatening, not just because they lost their job or anything like that. And I say that with a little shame, because if their in need then their in need! but I'm only human.
You would like to volunteer at a childrens shelter.

DISCIPLINE MUST BE A HABIT SO INGRAINED THAT IT IS STRONGER THAN THE EXCITEMENT OF BATTLE OR THE FEAR OF DEATH. General George S. Patton
Laws that forbid the carrying of firearms, disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assulted, and better for the assailants. They serve rather to encourge, than to prevent homicides. For an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.

God then made man. The Italians for their beauty. The French for their cuisine. The Welsh for their voices. The Germans for their cars. And on and on until He looked at what He had created and said, "This is all very well, but no-one is having fun. I'll have to make an Irishman."
