My Space has been great for my band. We have had over 51,000 music plays in just a couple of months and are selling CD's all the time.

I know this will be great exposure for CRN.

Macfive - are you going to create a Celtic Radio group that we can all join?

I saw that feature and I will have to look further into it. Sounds like a good idea, what exactly can you do with groups?

Seems like everyone has a "My Space" now. Even Microsoft is creating a site called "My Spaces" which I signed up for and designed a nice looking page. Definitely more "Canned" features like a photo album, blog, and tons of stuff. But they are having problems right now and the MSN "MY Spaces" page for Celtic Radio freezes up when you load it!

I am so glad to see CelticRadio.net on MySpace. In response to Dundee's post, MySpace is a wonderful place to track down old friends (I've found many high school friends since moving back near my hometown), and it's a great place to network and find like-minded individuals.

I especially love MySpace Music as it's a great way to hear different bands to see what their music is all about. I have friended MacFive, so once approved CelticRadio will have at least 48 friends. Yay!!!

I can't get myspace to work from the icon here on the forum. Any ideas? It worked before..

It on the list to fix. Basically you should just enter your myspace userid, not the web address, but will have these all fixed and also have the system properly distinguish the correct format.

I agree that Myspace rocks finding people.. I have found several friends from highschool.... it's wonderful! Plus it let me re-up my HTML... you get spoiled by the website programs that do everything for you...

I have found A LOT of cool music, videos and information from Myspace... some junk too... it's pretty cool...
