Here in Ontario a new Ceremony has been born to show our gratitiude and sorrow for our Heroe's last journey Home. I have tried to describe it. (103 now)
On the Bridges They stand, eyes Fixed to the East Searching for the lights That mark the convoy Rolling West, they Wait in the fading light. Below them runs the 401 The Heroes Highway named For on this road Our young return To Honour and lasting Fame. From Trenton to Toronto 170 K. M.s long this Highway carries their Remains to Family And to Home. In Summer sun Or Winters cold They gather to Honour them and Show to all a Nations' Love its' Sorrow and it's pain. And as the lights Speed along the Flags are all unfurled Salutes are made And claps resound To welcome our Fallen Home.
