sigh! ,wacthing her stride across the yard, I think how I'll miss her as I tuoght my cheek. the call of the road starts to sitr inside my soul. Maybe now would be a good time for a short trip to check my lands. Fred can use to time as much as I. Looking to the sable I count the days till November
Finally, Lady Marti is recuperated from her dance. She sits at the bar and asks Ham 'Can my friends and I...if there is anyone left...have a refill please?"

]AN EXCERPT FROM A POEM THAT I WROTE ON 10/11/07
WE CAN'T CHANGE WHAT WE HAVE DONE.... BUT ONLY TAKE A LESSON FROM EACH EXPERIENCE AND MAKE THE MOST OF EACH MINUTE THAT WE HAVE LEFT AND TELL OURELVES THAT IT IS OK TO LIVE, LAUGH AND CRY..... PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE ALL WORK TOGETHER TO GIVE US WHAT WE CAN AND SHOULD EXPERIENCE AND WE NEED TO CHERISH ALL OF THE TIME THAT WE SPEND WITH OURSELVES AND OTHERS MAKING THE MOST OF THE SPECIAL MEMORIES THAT ARE OURS.. AND THE ONES THAT WE HAVE YET TO CREATE WITH THE PEOPLE THAT WE HAVEN'T MET!!!!![/SIZE]
looking up theres a drink in front of me. thank you Marti I was lost in thought again. ":feeling the need to check my lands" so I to must be gone for a few days. will you save adance for me?
Of Course, Sir Celt, I will save you a dance. What of the sad news that I will have to tell Sister Knight when she returns from her journey? I hope she has had a good time on this latest trip. LAdy Marti looks around, and sees the Celt ambling out the door...Who will come through the door next, she wonders>......
cresting the hill I see a welcome site. Smoke curling out the chimmery and alighted window of that dear little pub. entering the yard I put Fred in the sables and head inside the door. Placein gdown my bag I greet Marti and friends " its good to be back again with friends close ans dear to me." Hamm please set a ruond for all and lets drink to our health.
stareing at the door wondering when sister Knight will return. the month is getting on and the pub is quite the mood low and soft. thoughts run unbrided throughtmy mind. Hamm please sent my bags to my rooms. Thakyou. I slip into a booth to think and pounder friends and the good thing of life.
Sir Celt, may I join you, and wait for The Good sister's return? We will have lsot to tell her, won't we? She does not know of the passing of my best friend. I hope she had a nice time.....and by the way, thanks for the beverage...
shoudl I find my recorder and play a number to liven this place up a bit?
please sit and lets talk and share a soft tune or two if you feel up to it. My heart goes out to you in your tme of lost and recoverive.,my dear friend.. . i'am in sure a soft mood this day. must be the change of seasons.
looking from atop the hill, sisterknight spys her favourite haunt, muttering to herself " oh i can hardly wait to return to the warmth and friendship...well i hope there will be faces i know! what do you say old man shall we head for the warmth of your stable mates??" sisterknight gruffly pats the war steed's neck and they set off at a trot....
--------------------
non nobis domine, non nobis sed nomini tua da gloriam.
Lady Marti pulls out her recorder, and begons to play....as she does, the familiar clip clop of a steed can be heard through the partially open window... She asks The Celt, "do you hear that? It sounds like a visitor is coming this way.....do you think it could be? Is the Good Sister back from her journey? Oh, I hope so....we have so much to catch up on!!!!"
looking out the window, the big steed enters the gateway. It is our beloved sister. lets greet her at the door with a song and hugs. we move to stand at hte dooeway reay to greet the returning wandter.
as the very grimey sisterknight dismounts her equally dirty horse, a big grin splits her tired face " oh lir, look!!! the welcoming committee has their mouths hanging open!!!you'd think they saw a ghost or something!!! come on old man, let's get you cleaned up and bedded down" as she leads her war steed to the comfort of the stables she waves at the twosome...
we run out into the yard and hug our fiar sister. "we'r glad to see you back amoung us . Hope your trip was as good as it could be." helping her clean and stall her huge friend, we head back to the pub.
"oh my celt...i have missed you..come let's get lir bedded down next to fred and then i do believe i own both you and lady marti a tall glass of something and tales"sisterknight gives the celt a big hug and briskly starts to unbridle her steed
