Though 103K jobs appear to have been created last month, half were Verizion workers returning from strike which the markets refused to count. Unemployment is still at 9.1% and is likely to remain there through the 2012 elections.

Most economists feel this is not even enough to avoid a double dip recession.

Time will tell.

We have never recovered from the first recession. The government has been manipulating the numbers (just like they have been doing with the unemployment numbers) to try and make it appear that there was a recovery.
