To tell the truth, the flavor being served will do quite nicely.

It won`t be to long now and it will be ice cream season again for me. Day in and day out, I buy vanilla because you can do so much with it. Rootbeer floats, hot apple pie ala mode or cherry. But then, every once in a while, I have to have peaches and cream. That stuff is so good it`s should be a sin to eat it.

Irish cream flavor is my favorite but it's hard to find where I live. Haagen Dazs used to make it but I don't know if they still do. Otherwise, I love mint.

Margarita Ice cream

Ingredients
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons tequila
3 tablespoons orange liqueur (recommended: Cointreau or Triple Sec)
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
2 cups heavy cream
Directions
Pour the lime juice, tequila and orange liqueur into a bowl and stir in the sugar to dissolve.

Add the cream and then softly whip until thick and smooth but not stiff.

Spoon into an airtight container to freeze overnight. This ice cream does not need ripening (softening before serving), as it will not freeze too hard and melts speedily and voluptuously.

I am back in ice cream habit. Crap like every eve go to the ice cream shop- vanilla cone, yesterday was cherry sunday and now just thinking about it is creating that addiction sensation. I am saying no, no!

Well here we go again another ice cream season.

Had a Starbucks coffee ice cream today. yum I'm happy and awake!

I think there is nothing better then chocolate .I like hazelnut and coffee too.As a baker , I like to make my own specially when I have guest coming home.

Hersheys strawberry! Reminds me of wonderful childhood days during summer!

For me it rum and raisin ice cream
I also like a little dram of whisky in my coffee now and again.

My favorite is Peach Melba - from Kopp's in Milwaukee. I haven't been up their in years, so I don't know if it is still available, but it was wonderful! A nice peach custard with some peach chunks and a raspberry ribbon swirled throughout! Heaven!

Gosh, I think all ice cream is delicious! My tastes really depend on the day, but I usually go between Mackinac Island Fudge or Strawberry Cheesecake
