And the winner is Stuffed Pumpkin posted by Sekhmet with 50% of the total votes!

Congratulations Sekhmet! You will need to contact Macfive with your snail mail address so he can get your prize off to you.

I myself had a hard time determining which was my favorite recipe this year , they all were so excellent.

Now I must get on my soapbox..... We only had 6 , count em, 6 votes.
Where were the remainder of you????

Congratulations, Sekhmet! Your stuffed pumpkins are excellent; I had guests visiting the weekend and we had them for dinner. Your recipe is on its way through Germany now! smile.gif

Wow, I did?! That's so cool...

...and it's going through Germany? For some reason that's making me want to squeal. LOL It's supposed to be a variant on a Native American recipe...just a little tidbit you might want to tell anyone you pass it on to for a little more interest.

Move over on the soapbox, Shadows...

Guys, this contest was really, *really* fun. I know there's a lot more cooks on here than were represented on the contest, and most certainly more than those who voted. Should it be a shorter span of time? Differently themed? C'mon gang...they don't run themselves and they don't play by themselves. Come join us next time...it was great!

...seriously. Don't make me come over there.

I got my CD today!

Kist o' Dreams - Christina Stewart

Oh dear...I'm in love with this thing. Anything that gets my teething son to stop in his tracks and listen long enough for him to forget what he was howling about scores extra points in my book. He's gonna want me to learn these in short order too, I suppose. LOL

Once again the postal service needs to figure out how to ship packages in one piece...by the time the CD got to me, the jewel case was shrapnel. Fortunately I have extras and the CD itself is fine. ::whew!::

This CD probably isn't in the playlist, but I'd suggest it to anyone who likes a cappella voice, not just the fan of the lullabye. Love her voice.
