The husband/wife duo of Aodh Og O’Tuama from Cork, Ireland and Christy Martin from California, have been performing traditional & original music from the Celtic lands, medieval & renaissance Europe, India and the Americas on over 30 world instruments since 1995. These instruments include hammered & mountain dulcimers, mandolin, mandola, bouzouki, tin whistles, recorders, medieval and renaissance woodwinds, native American flutes, north Indian sitar, charango, bowed psaltery, banjo, bodhrán, guitar, ukelele, doumbek, vocals, and even a krumhorn. Really you've never heard anything like it! Four Shillings Short tours in the US and Ireland, is an independent band with 12 recordings, and performs 150 concerts a year.
