I can't get in anymore. I get that stupid 365 screen telling me that I need a newer version, and then a new window opens and tells me that I already have it. It's a viscious circle and I can't get anyone to tell me what i did (NOTHING) or how to get out of it. ChuckDenton |

Try clearing your cookies and temp internet files. Then, (very important), go to you windows folder and look for a folder called "downloaded programs" and delete everything there, or if you see the live365 download - just delete that. I find that this to work in most cases. I agree with you about live365, but I will say that once it is setup properly, it seems to work very consistently each time. |

change your player setting to "default mp3 player" make sure winamp is installed and when the play windows opens, winamp plays if you can do that, press play again on winamp playlist, save list as .m3u then you'll no more to use that stupid live365 window |

I have a big problem. Don't know if it can be fixed. I'm inside a corporate firewall. Ever since switching to Live365 I can't listen to music at work. I have Winamp as my default player, I have the proxy server:port setup. Winamp does come up when I click the Listen button, but it keeps giving me an error of "Proxy Authentication Required", but I'm never given the opportunity to do so. Actually, I have to put in a username and password just to get out to the Internet, so that should be taken care of. I cleared my tempory file and cookies. Is there something else I can do? |

If they are using somesort of proxy server to block live365 there maybe little you can do. I am posting some Live365 instructions in a little bit that may help. They will be posted in this forum at the top. |
