The government-sanctioned gunrunning operation, Fast and Furious, was a plot to undermine Second Amendment rights in the US, NRA president Wayne LaPierre charges in an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV. “Over a period of two or three years they were running thousands and thousands of guns to the most evil people on earth. At the same time they were yelling '90 per cent… of the guns the Mexican drug cartels are using come from the U.S.'"

I personally feel we were fortunate that there were those in BATF who were willing to risk their careers to "blow the whistle" on this travesty!!

Well, it is proven today. The Attorney General, the top Enforcement Officer of our nation, with President Obama, has purposely funded a gun-running program to try to set-up a scenario to undermine the 2nd Amendment! President Obama has lied to the American people, to Congress and to the Mexican government. And the Attorney General has lied and deceived congress.

If Congress has any gravitas, they will move to impeachment.

President Nixon was only guilty of trying to get information so he could use against his opponent to win the election for President. This @#$%! is guilty of attempting to subvert the USA Constitution he has pledged to protect and uphold.

That would seem to be an act of high treason and failure to uphold his oath of office. With only a year to go I doubt it will result in any charges. A second term could result in a different scenario.

We are fortunate that there are true American patriots in most branches of govt willing to blow the whistle on govt crime.

In unweighted polls his numbers continue to drop though I have yet to see a well written poll on a head to head presidential race.

It is going to be a rough campaign
