Tu-Bardh from the Scottish group "Clanadonia", was kind enough to send on to Highlander Radio a preview track from their upcoming album (thankyou Tu-Bardh).

"The Wild Dance" is an awesome track that really captures what this group is all about - Keepin' it Tribal. Look for their new album coming soon at their website:

Will keep ya updated if I hear anything.

Also the band The Trybe is suppose to send their music in. So guess we sit and wait and listen to all the wonderful bands that are here on Celtic Radio Network.

Welcome to Celtic Radio TamiMcLeod. I hope you will enjoy the music as well as the nice folks that are here on the forum.
I also heard from Robbie this weekend and its so nice to hear they are doing well. I'm sure they have a busy summer ahead of them. The CD Clanadonia is such a good cd. Don't you agree?

I look forward to you posting here on the forums.

I haven't received my cd yet but its on the way.. Being stuck here in MN, and not at my home in Skye, is a bit strange to me lol
Everyone asks "where your friend.." i understand i stand out with my Scottish accent, but i so want to say , " from here " lol

I am in the middle along with robbie of planing a tour here to the US.. So lets cross our fingers, and see what happens.. Getting the name out here is a huge thing to work on first. But hopefully at the Scottish games here, we will have them as well here.. Will you come to MN if Clanadonia comes too?
Like i said its all in the air right now, getting people together and doing numbers, is where we are at this point.
Is your cd signed?
I am excited to get mine, had to wait a wee bit for it to be signed, but well worth the wait for sure.

Thanks for the warm welcome..

That's some wonderful news Tami! I used to live in Minneapolis a few years back. I may go would depend on where they play. Your way up in northern MN. It would be great if they could make it out west. I am sorry your home sick. I know when I first moved there people said I had a accent. By the time I moved back I was speaking like a person from Minnesooota...lol..

I wish you all the luck in the world in getting this a go. Keep us posted will you? The first cd is signed but not the new one. Welcome again and let us know if it's a go!
