From Adams' Rib Some say she came If you'd believe the Fable I much prefer to know That she Evolved the Equal of us Males What e'er be the origin In truth its safe to say Without Her in Creation There'd be no Human Tale She carries us within her And gives us life in pain Through many years she Cares for us without a Thought of gain. She feeds us and Caresses us and Showers us with Love And when we hurt She holds us close As gentle as a Dove Defend us and protect us And teaches us all 'bout life She'll comforts and guide us Through Joys as well as Strife This Glorius Creation Sent by the Universe Has partnered Man Through all his years Hes' been upon this Earth. So on your knees and Thank the Gods As often as you can That in the greatest wisdom Created Woman Kind. |

Hi Camac, it's a surprise I can log in from my office. All I want to say is and I'm speaking on behalf of all women, and I'm sure they'll all agree when I say that your poem is not only a praise but to me it is a beautifully written dedication to us women and yes that we were created as men's equal and partner in life. Very poetic and flattering. Thank you, LOA |
