This is so GOOD, any country would be proud to claim it. A Polish lady gave it to me; said it was the secret recipe of a Scottish lady at her church. It had been a church favorite for decades. When the lady got up in years she figured she should share it. Mix equal amount of bite size pieces fresh vine ripe tomatoes and bite size peices of cucumbers, with small amount of chopped onion. Add small amount of mayonase, just enough to color the mix. Let set overnight.
To make a compleate meal you can add ham or other lunch meat.
