Just a note that we have made some changes to our streams. In an effort to focus on Celtic Music and provide a better listening experience we are dropping BlueGrass Hills and Northern Woods radio.

The new Highlander Radio HD format uses AAC+ technology. We recommend using Winamp.com player to get the full sound benefits. If you are using Windows Media Player, then be sure to download the AAC+ pluging:

Our affiliation with LoudCity.com actually helps musicians get paid. The more you listen the more they get paid which is a cool thing. Our LoudCity page will eventually look like Celtic Radio, we just have not created the code yet. So please bear with us.

In the meant time, this is the Highlander Radio HD link:

This is not the best way to access, because we change our links from time to time and so the best way to access is from the links on our site.

We also wanted to mention that Highlander Radio is now supporting dial-up listening. Our new broadcast provider "LoudCity" provides technology to choose between dial-up or HD listening.

Choose your bandwidth and enjoy listening on any connection!
