[SIZE=14]What did you cook, Shadows? Both my kids worked on Sunday so I cooked my own dinner...lol. Pork tenderloin in a wonderful sauce my son gave me although I had to tweak it just a little to make it my own. I also took fresh green beans, trimmed & washed, put them in a baggie, added olive oil, balsalmic vinegar & dried, minced onion, shook them up and let sit for about 10 minutes then spread out on a cookie sheet. Baked at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes at the same time the tenderloin was finishing. YUM! |

Those beans sound great! I do not cook much any more due to my disability. We had broiled chicken breasts rubbed with lemon juice and fresh black pepper, green beans with lemon butter. |
