He Wasn't a poet
and didn't know it

I think it is so sad
to remember a poet who was so bad
a hundred years and more he has been dead
I read his poems they float like lead
and even in his own day they made fun of him
for bad a poem he thought was a gem
a poet is not this lad
and of that I am glad

I have an anthology of all his poetry, Birddog.... it is just a wonderful book.... So bad, it is almost GOOD!

Mind you, you are doing a brilliant imitation of a modern day WT.... biggrin.gif

I actually am masochistic enough to get 1 of McGonagall's poems delivered to my Inbox every day.

So I can suffer his whole collection whenever I wish!
