Hi all,

I love Irish Wolhounds, have 3 at home and was asked to share in a medival / celtic performance with the dogs.

For this I´m looking for the name of a special song and it´s artist.

I found it on youtube:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jR6ER8zk0M...feature=related

I like this song very much and would like to buy a CD/MP3download, but I can´t find it anywhere.
One tip is: may be from a celtic christmas album
One tip is: "The green hills of ireland"
Annother tip is: "The Blood of Cuchulainn" Soundtrack of "The boondock Saints"
I found an album with both songs: "A Celtic Romance - The Legend of Lladain and Curithur" Jeff and Mychael Danna, but both sound different.

May be it´s a special version? Does anybody know and can help me please?

I hope I wrote this understandebel, because my englisch ist not so good.
Thank´s in advance
Marita

Hi Dragonlady,

took me a little while, but I remembered a song by Mike Oldfield that sounds a lot like the music on the video you found.

It's called "Dulci Jubilo" and is also on one of his Christmas albums. I tried to find a version by Mychael and Jeff Danna, but no luck so far.

Here is Mike Oldfield:

The melody is definitely Good Christian Men, Rejoice/In Dulci Jubilo -- we sang it in choir last year. Not sure who the artist is, though, sorry sad.gif
