Just got home from seeing son. It was beautiful this morning and about 11 the clouds started moving in, the wind came up and it is getting colder. We have brown out conditions on the roads right now and may turn to worse later as we are expecting snow and rain.
Other than that taking break from sewing for the last month and half but will be back to it again in afew days.

Just gathering up our tropical wear and packing for the Dominican Republic. Three sleeps to go!

The Scots of course insist that the pipes produce music. But the point is after all not too important. For those who love them, the pipes can evoke more vividly than any other instrument, high emotion, they can inspire valor, and tell of tragic tales of battles long ago. They can call forth merriment or sentiment. It does not matter what the sound is called, those who are deaf to its merits would not understand anyway.

Lunch time at work. It is about 60-some degrees out there, but this is a false spring. We are forecasted to have temps back in the 30's next week.

Checking the posts then will leave work to go to a funeral. There have just been too many of them already this year. sad.gif

valpal59;

I know what you mean. I swear the next funeral I go to will be my own.

Catching up with online blogs that I follow; entering online competitions and then I am off to create some posts in Gaelic at two message boards as additional practice; and, if I have enough time left, attend to some of my Gaelic homework. biggrin.gif
