I'm baking some drumsticks tonight. I'm going to slather them with barbecue sauce and make some instant mashed potatoes and slather that with barbecue sauce too !
Last night, I had a Stouffer's Lean Cuisine cannelloni (basically an open-ended manicotti), some baby spinach with fat free Italian salad dressing and some toast to sop up the sauce.
Tonight, Johnsonville brats, cooked Sheboygan style: marinated and simmered in beer then finished off on the grill.

My son came home from France where he spent a week on a kind of youth hostel and he was asking for something homemade and spicy for dinner....
