Last night, I had a Stouffer's Lean Cuisine cannelloni (basically an open-ended manicotti), some baby spinach with fat free Italian salad dressing and some toast to sop up the sauce.

Tonight, Johnsonville brats, cooked Sheboygan style: marinated and simmered in beer then finished off on the grill.

Gulash with homemade bread dumplings and a mixed fresh salad.

My son came home from France where he spent a week on a kind of youth hostel and he was asking for something homemade and spicy for dinner.... biggrin.gif
