I know some of you are probably rubbing your eyes and wondering if pigs really can fly, but yes it's me. I know it's been a while. I've really missed everyone and wanted to stop in to say "Hi!".
I've been unbelievably busy. Work hours have slowed down, but not enough to get onto CR during the day. I've had a lot of projects around the house. And I'm again very active with a pipe band, but with a new one. I've been competing almost every weekend with the Windsor Police Pipe Band, from Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Lots of fun, that.
All that aside life is good. Everyone is healthy, now. In June my daughter, Megan, who is 11, broke both arms in a freak scooter accident. Somehow she fell off, put both arms out to break her fall and broke her arms instead. She has here casts off now, but the poor girl is still getting crap from everyone about it. I mean, really, who breaks both arms?
So how is everyone? I want to hear from you.

Normal is a relative term. For some reason it is not a term my relatives use to describe me.
May the Irish hills caress you. May her lakes and rivers bless you. May the luck of the Irish enfold you. May the blessings of Saint Patrick behold you.
Oh well, I believe it all, really...grass is blue and sky is green and pigs can fly...anything since I read this name here...WELCOME BACK, TODD....boy oh boy, it's been a long time since I've heard from you! Glad you're all doing well; oh poor Megan, what a time with TWO broken arms. Bad luck at its best, isn't it? I hope to see you around more often now. And here's one to you...

"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king..."
