Thanks for posting this Darlene!

Not only is Skully a very talented and passionate musician/song writer/producer, but he is also just as passionate when it comes to History!

Skully is hands on. Not one of the musicians that supports a project by only lending music to it and watching from afar. He spent countless hours alongside volunteers restoring two of Fort Camden's rooms. Thousands came to see the finished project.

There is a photo of Skully standing in one of Fort Camden's window frames, painting.

http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home#!/photo.php?fbid=124900527555901&set=a.123228037723150.10011.100001078621193

There are many other photos, but this one is one of my favorites. I can only imagine what went through Skully's mind while he was standing up there. I know for sure that he was exited and proud of what the volunteers had accomplished so far. But I also imagine that he soaked in the view, thinking of many others that once looked out the same window. Perhaps he was composing a new song at that very moment. Perhaps he was thinking about Fort Camden's future.

Skully's music comes from his soul. Listen to it and you can feel the passion......

Thanks Berry,

She is so right when it comes to this Extraordinary Man; one that Gives everything like Berry stated; not just his Passion, his Music, his Life and his Wonderful Generousity; to donate his time and everything he has to see that this Magificient Fort is Restored to the Best of his Ablity to it's original state.

Skully is making a great mark In Ireland's history, one that will passed down through generations; I am ever so proud and grateful just to know this him and to be just a small part of what he is doing for mankind; he has become a true friend and I am so happy that we met.

Like Berry, this picture is one of my favorites; I suggested that he might use it as artwork for his next CD.
