Hey folks, if you are interested a few of us have started planning getting together to meet at the Bethlehem Celtic Festival Sept 24, 25, and 26th of this year to look over the site and see what 's available or if it even meets our needs for the 2008 activity. A Shrule Egan, Eamon, 3 Ravens (hopefully trying to get the weekend off) and I are planning on attending. Who else can come? Let me know. I will be contacting the organizer for the Festival so Let me know if it's possible for you to come! It would be nice to have your input on these things. Hope to have you there! In all things Celtic, Annabelle
I would like to attend. I like to hear more about the festival. It would be a blast to meet the people we talk to everyday in a netural setting.
Cheers, Roisin

Annabelle, the Civil war re-enacting group used to do that event every year, and we are still close to the organizers. I can get you a contact name and number if you wish.

If you are planning on staying overnite in Bethlehem, both hotels, Comfort Suites and the Radisson, both of which are within walking distance of the fest, are already sold out.
We decided to stay outside of Bethlehem and we will be 4 miles away from the fest. We are all staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Bethlehem. If you would like to hang with us, call (610) 868-2442 for reservations. Tell them at the reservations desk, that you would like a room near Mike Johnson. That way, we don't have to go hiking through the hotel looking for each other. They give AAA and other airline discounts and miles, so make sure you mention what ever you have.
There is a restaurant and BAR attached to the hotel. Also a heated indoor pool and workout room, if you have the will.
I will be getting there Friday around 6PM. If you are coming Friday, let me know and we'll hook up.
I will be coming in Saturday morning early and meeting everyone at the Hampton Inn that A Shrule Egan spoke of earlier. We would love for everyone to come even if it's only Saturday so let us know if you'd like a contact phone number for me or anyone else. In all things Celtic, Annabelle
Eamon, please get that phone number for me. It would be great if I can speak to the organizers ahead of time. Thanks

Roger that, though I am away in Prescott, Arizona all next week. I will try and call Eric tomorrow, to make sure he gets in touch with the folks in charge. If you don't hear from me next week, though, I havn't let you down. I am just away.
I'll second that, Ed. Especially, when you get really tired and you need to take a walk up the hill to the Bethlehem Brew Works. Nothing like a fresh brewed beer.
Yep everyone should come if they can. This is real informal but even if it's only a few of us we should have a great time... Send me a message and I'll send you my mobile number so I can give you any info you many need. Annabelle
