Trying to get a boatload of stuff printed out before we close out this account we have with a company for research purposes. It's the last couple of weeks I can use this source for resource purposes so it's a mad scramble to get every little bit of info we might ever need. I feel as though the printer and I are developing a special relationship, I go back to visit it so often.

Just returned from the Post Office and am having a cup of Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows. Checkign E-mail and working toward the fellowship of the ring.
Getting ready to go home at 5 today. Of course, even though I'm leaving 30 minutes earlier, I'll get in the stooopid 5 o'clock traffic. But, then, I'm going to Borders to get something warm to drink and then do some Christmas knitting. I started a really cute Christmas stocking for my youngest and it's coming along very nicely.
Counting down the hours until we get paid tomorrow - I'm out of money and still have gifts to buy!
Relaxing after a short trip for some Christmas shopping. I was so fortunate, though. The line at Borders was incredibly long so I decided to wait a bit and read a magazine, then come back. When I wandered back to the line, it was even longer. After a couple of times, I finally decided to bite the bullet and get in the line. I took my Outlander book out of my tote bag and thought I'd read a bit whilst waiting. Well, I had just retrieved my book from the depths of my bag when one of the employees (who I don't know, amazingly!) came up to us at the end of the line and said he was opening the cash register at the back section of the store and we could go over there. So, I ended up checking out right away. If this had been one of the 75% of the employees who know me well, I wouldn't think it so serendipitous.
Now, I think I'll wrap some presents while my SO is at work and the kids are at their dad's.
