Acoustically Irish is an incredible CD. Neil Byrne & Ryan Kelly sing beautifully together, great harmony, & their solo songs are amazing too. Neil's guitar & mandolin playing is of course, fantastic, as is Nicole Hudson's haunting violin & viola. This is a fantastic album.Neil & Emmet are wonderful additions to the "front 5" &
Daniel is a delightful "guest artist". I think Celtic Thunder sounds better than
ever. The harmonies on the ensembles are incredible & the solo songs are just
as wonderful. My favorite songs are, Past The Point Of Rescue, Song For The
Mira, She's Always A Woman & 7 Drunken Nights, which was hysterical in concert. I highly recommend this CD & the DVD as well. |
