I've started a clan and a blog.
The clan is MacBitseach, which makes me The MacBitseach. (MacBitseach is Irish Gaelic for S.O.B.) I've even come up with a gorgeous tartan, soon to be released.
The blog is:

I plan to have a lot of fun with this blog thing! I'm a writer at heart and I need to get those writing juices flowing again. My style of writing is not that of the first entry. That was an intro and I tried to cram info into it, so I wouldn't have to add it to the stories later.

Thanks Macfive,
There's no stats program, so I don't know how many people are reading it. All I know is that it's fun to write it.
I didn't realise how much I missed writing until I started again!

I know a few guys who have worn their kilts exclusively for longer than I. Many of us have chucked all our pants.

As for being on the news, just wait until September/August! I'm going to be all over the media for The Gathering.

I really enjoyed reading your blog, Bear. We chicks really do dig guys in kilts! Keep up the excellent writing.

Thanks Merewyn ,
Finding time to write it is harder than the writing itself.
I wrote what I've been told are the reasons chicks dig kilts. I'd be interested in hearing other reasons.

Well let's see...

Besides the obvious reason, which I'll skip here, I'd say that for me -

Men in kilts are sexy and exude manilness. Since I'm a Celt, I wonder if it may have something to do with racial memory (if you've ever heard of that theory) Perhaps it's in my genes to find men in kilts very appealing?

It must be in your bloodline... laugh.gif

Men in kilts....hmm...I would definatley take a second look if I saw a man in a kilt.

My compliments for wearing one for so long. How many do you own?
And is it expensive to make one with your tartan?

I tried buying a bolt of my tartan for a skirt, and it was A LOT of money. sad.gif

Caitronia try USAKilts they have all types of kilts and one will be affordable for ya. Save your money til you get enough. Try their mini versions. They are the cheapest! People at school will think you are radical!
