Well, I had to cook when I was in California attending to my mother who is ill. Believe me...............I am not the best cook on the planet. However, while I cooked some pretty mean chicken and dumplings, I killed a roast. After that everybody wanted take out food............guess I won't be cooking for them in the future, huh? unsure.gif

Tonight, we went out for my brother-in-law's birthday to a local Italian-American/pizza place. I had the manicotti. It was good, but not as good as another local Italian restaurant. Then, we came back here for MSNCAKE.GIF and MSNGIFT.GIF . We are going to be birthday'd out the next few days. My brother-in-law's was today, my nephew is on Monday, and I'm on Wednesday. Our diets are officially on hold tongue.gif biggrin.gif .

Well tonight was actually one of those nights when you can be thankful for the school cafeteria. I had cheese-filled ravoli with broiled chicken strips, green peppers, and mushrooms. Washed it all down with a glass of water, and didn't have to do any cleaning up of the dishes... that is what is truely great about the caf'.
