Humm this is called a preemptive strike striking before being attacked (without knowing if you'll be attacked) Germany (Nazi Germany that is not Germany as a whole) was found guilty on this charge during the Nuremburg trials. The court found them guilty of peeminant strkes against other countries so why now does Bush get away with a crime? |
