We continue to work on the Highlander Radio improvement project which encompasses new playlists, programs and more.

Over the next few days we will be "normalizing" all of our broadcast stream tracks. You might hear one track that is louder than the other track, well this project will result in all of our tracks "normalized" to the same volume.

You might notice some sound issues with the volume over the next few days as we complete this project. Streams effected would be Highlander Radio, Celtic Rock Radio and Celtic Moon.

Once completed we hope this will improve our broadcast streams across the board.

Thanks for the "heads-up" and all the hard work you do, Paul! Appreciate it!

Your very much welcome, but it truly is a love of the music that keeps me going!

Got some great news to share, in addition to Bridget O'Malley helping us out with some new voice over work, we have a new radio man that you will be hearing more and more often.

His name is Jim and he spent 30 years broadcasting for the BBC. He has a lovely Scottish Accent and we hope to be working with him on new voice overs for the broadcasts and possibly more.

As far as our latest project of normalizing all of the music, we are pleased to announce the project is completed. You will no longer hear a soft track, then a loud track, then a super loud track back to a soft track. The volume should remain level. All future music added to our broadcast will be at the same normalized volume.

We continue to make adjustments and improvements to our broadcast channels. We think you might have noticed a difference in our radio play going forward.

A bit of news about Bridget O'Malley - she is going to be broadcasting exclusively on Celt-Rock-Radio.

Celtic Folk Singer and our new voice over talent Anna will be helping out with the Highlander Radio and Celtic Moon voice overs and more. She has a beautiful voice and very soon we are going to have her and Jim (Scots Voice from Scotland) working on a new project for our site that could see the production of a CD!

Some other news on the site is that we are going to be exclusively focusing on three channels: Highlander Radio, Celt-Rock-Radio and Celtic Moon. Our other channels may only be available on Live365 as VIP members in the future. This will allow us to spend time on these channels that are growing and showing promise for more future listeners.

Good things are happening! Stay tuned!
