I know they dye the Chicago River for St. Patrick's Day, do you think they will dye the CalSag Canal green for this one. |

and then the discussion every year in the Trib and Sun times about why can't they just turn it back to blue. Must be all the hot air come from the Daly Center making it all cloudy. I love Chicago, vote early vote often. |

Actually, the Chicago River is getting better now that our city fathers have decided to let nature take its course. The fishies have come back. I wouldn't eat any of them, but fish coming back is always a good sign that the river is purifying itself. |

Mother Nature always has a way with fixing our messes up. She is good. I, too, would be a little scared of those fish for a while. |

So MDF, How was it? Did you get any further than the music tents? Or the beer tent? Brian |

I didn't get to go . Too busy all weekend doing stuff around the house and too tired Monday night to do anything. Oh well, there's always the Chicago Celtic Fest in September and next year... (In Chicago, because of how bad our sports teams are, "there's always next year" is a familiar phrase ) |
