QUOTE (CelticRose @ 31-Dec-2004, 04:53 PM)
So nice to have you. I have a couple of penpal friends from Glasgow. You will notice that we have a forum on Scotland in here. You and your da can teach us a few things about what it is like to live and be from Scotland and all as well. Hope you enjoy it here and make some new friends! Enjoy and see you posting around!

Hi celtic Rose

It is indeed a small world eh?smile.gif

sure I will find some good links to Glasgow and Scotland to post.
Have been away for a few days so just catching up on mail etc.

Nice to be here too:)

Take care x

Though I'm as far from Celtic decent as one can get I have been in love with Scotland and the Celtic heritage for as long as I can remember.

I stumbled accross this site in an attempt to find an internet radio station that played celtic music AND bag pipes to listen to at work. (I LOVE bagpipes!) I wasn't expecting the bonus of a site where I could get more information about my "passion" and get to know others who can teach me about their heritage, be they willing of course.

Though I may often "lurk" I'm looking forward to getting to know many of you durring my visits here.

Thanks for the welcome, Lil. Unfortunately the lurking happens by force not choice. I can keep the page open to read at work but have very few opportunities to reply regularly. I do try though!

I'm on a pc all day and more often than not that's the last thing I want to touch when I get home. That and we've some pesky ad-bug firmly attached to our system that makes being on the web an ordeal. I despise pop-ups! disgust.gif Once we find our installation disk we can wipe it clean but until then.....
