Tis the season for horror movies, so I always watch several in October. Most recently I watched all 10 of the Halloween series. Also some classic Lugosi films such as Dracula 1931 and White Zombie 1932. |

As of yesterday 1/12/2019 I have noticed the following:
Highlander Radio - working Celtic Moon - working Celt Rock Radio - playing odd pop music? Ye O' Celtic Pub - playing Japanese pop / rap? Salty Dog Radio - not working at all A Celtic Christmas - not working at all
I hope the streams are repaired soon. Thanks, Robert |

I noticed that the streams have been switched to Radionomy stream servers. Is this just a temporary or permanent change to Celtic Radio? Radionomy is a poor choice for stream servers as they inject a ton of advertisements and are not compatible with a lot of streaming apps. If I try to listen in using an app that Radionomy does not approve of, I get a message to listen via the Radionomy app. Please consider going back to your previous servers. |

1, 2, 5, and 7 here. After work I went home and put on my kilt, then visited the only Irish pub in town - Carney's. Left the pub early before I was tempted to drink too much green beer after eating. Back home now and enjoying a bit of whiskey with Highlander Radio. Slàinte! |

From the little I know of my family history, I was told that originally my line came to the United States with the surname Halton, but changed it to Haltom. I wonder why this was done. As a child, my grandparents told me of a Halton castle in England and the idea that I could possibly come from a related line was intriguing. Fast forward into the internet age, and I have discovered two Halton castles, one in bare ruins http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halton_Castle and another that seems in livable condition http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halton_Castle..._Northumberland I doubt any great great uncle Halton left me any haunted castle to inherit, but its fun to wish so. Merry Christmas and Bright Blessings.
