Hi everyone

I live in the sunny Okanagan in British Columbia, Canada. My Dad was born and brought up in Dollar, so even though I was born in Canada, I lay claim to being half Scottish smile.gif
Have been to Scotland twice, and love it. Some of the scenery is very much like where I live.
Hope to chat with some of you soon.

Hiya!

I'm finally posting - yes, it has been awhile since I originally signed up. Color me shy. My name's Cat and I'm a teacher in California - but don't hold that against me. Hmm, a little bit about me? Well, okay. I've been teaching for about 3 years now. I love hockey (Kings), F-1 (Montoya) and football (Dallas - Hey, my family's from there!). I'm fairly active - kayaking, hiking, camping are among my favs. I'm taking a tango class next month, which I'm really looking forward to! After hours drink of choice? Single malt scotch. What else? Oh, yeah - I love all things Scottish. To quote the immortal words of Mike Myers, who once said, "if it's not Scottish, it's crap!"

Anyway, looking forward to meeting y'all eventually, in a cyber-sort-of way.
