We made Corn Beer and Cabbage tonight. Used our regular recipe, but we included a bottle and a half of Draught Guinness and some ground cinnamon. Really came out tasty.

Just be careful when it starts to boil the Guinness Foam that rises could spill over if you are not careful.

Sorry Corn Beef I mean, not Corn Beer! biggrin.gif

This is the first year I missed it. No restaurant in town had it on the menu.
