Celtic Radio Community > General Discussion > Bill Moyers Journal |

Every Sunday morning up here on PBS out of Buffalo, N.Y. Bill Moyers' Journal is on and I must say that whenever I watch it I enjoy it. I don't watch it all the time, mainly because I forget it is on. (should mark the calendar). Perhaps the reason I enjoy the show is that as you Americans know he is a Democrat and that is akin to the Liberals of which I am one. Or prehaps it is because he seems to be pretty unbiased on his reporting. What ever the reason is I was wondering if anyone else watches his program and if so what your comments are on it. This morning the topic was Health Care Reform and he had a guest on who was once the top P.R. man for Cigna Insurance. Most eye opening. Camac. |

coastman; The reason I said unbiased is because on those occassions that I remember he is on and watched he seemed to report both sides of the story and his guest have been both Dem. and Rep. Camac. |

I remember Bill Moyers from President Lyndon Johnson's administration. The truth was not with Bill then and still is not with him. |

Hey it is just the opinion of a "Dumb Canuck" I kinda like the guy. I sure prefer him to that Limbaugh character. Like I said what do I know just being a Liberal from a Constitutional Monarchy Parliamentary Democracy with alot of social safety nets. Camac. |

Whoof, saying "Moyers" and "Limbaugh" in the same breath . . . He is good; enjoy him. He is not conservative, and he does not speak what a hard line conservative would agree with -- that is why "the truth is not with him." One who thinks he has a real, inarguable handle on what the truth is, is the one who should be most in doubt, but it never seems to work that way. |
