Hello everybody

I am finally back after being absent for so long. The move to Germany and getting reconnected with family and friends took some time. And then we barely had this managed my husband started getting into the Deployment-Mode again.

He left now almost 4 months ago and I was busy as a bee getting things done here before summer vacation started and so much more.

So, now I hope everything comes back to normal - yeah right - like this is going to happen biggrin.gif

My husband John is doing fine so far where he is - but this time it's much harder since he lives in a combat post - last time he was living next to one of the big palaces. They have no barber, no shopping facility or even laundry service. It's the bare minimums. But we figured things out to make it easier for him.

A washer I already sent down (a little portable one that is) and a small dorm room fridge is on it's way as well.
He asked for a fan, bedding and so much more things that I thought he wanted to move there permanently. And I am still waiting for him to ask for carpet and curtains. tongue.gif

So it will take some time to go through the postings and getting to know all the new people which joined but I think now that I have actually time to do so it shouldn't take forever.
