OK! here is a new idea for this forum...

Choose a recipe from the many here, fix that food, take a photo of that food and post it here with a link to the recipe...

anyone game for this idea?

Shadows. I am very sorry. I have not had the time to cook, let alone photograph what I eat.

Will try to do better.

I don't have a recipe for this here, I did fix it last week with the intention of posting the recipe for the fried chicken and rolls, I just never got around to it! Maybe when I'm not so busy will post the recipes.

Shadows, I totally understand. I really do. The problem is is that I don't cook that much. I really don't.

However, my church is in the process of putting together a cookbook and when I get access to that I can post some recipes.

I am sorry I am not more active, but life just keeps getting in the way for me. I will do the best I can once I get the new cookbook though!

Will keep you posted!

Shrimp! Most people overcook shrimp. This is way shrimp are cooked on Georgia's coast. Just salt and paper your shrimp, dip in an egg wash and then cracker meal. Fry in 350 degree oil till golden brown. You are done. I catch my own shrimp each fall. Right now I have over 100 lbs in the freezer.
