The Chit Chat Pub, A place to just hang out

Leelee sidles into the Pub for a well needed Bevy after a long afternoons trek...as she does so, she takes in the lively music, mixture of folk and halflings about. Ahh, just what I need...Leelee calls the Bar Keep over, "I would like a whiskey to cut through the dust and a Lager, please Sir"

Wombat looks around and sees that the place is beginning to get a little lively. It was quiet for a long while.

"I just love Lady Marti's music. And dancing is good for the soul - even the wombat soul! Everybody come dance with me!"

[sisterknight]

sisterknight heaves a sigh "ladi i think i'll give me pur lips a break..."and heads over to hamm, "a lovely old single malt please hamm, and a round for our dancing friend too!!"

Lady Marti continues playing, and is enjoying the company of her old friends. She sees the Good Sister proceed to the bar, and gives her a wink........ Lady hopes that Sister Knight has seen who has been sitting next to her, and is now enjoying the music of the pub.....
Lady Marti begins playing another jig...watching the Wombat dance around the floor!!

Lady Marti continues to play, as she watches the creatures on the dance floor. What a lively place this has become!!!
AS the last note is played on her guitar, she strolls up to the bar and asks HAMM to please set up the bar......maybe her olde friends will return soon>>>>>>

Laughing and out of breath from dancing all those jigs with the wombat, Leenie wanders over to the bar in search of something cold.. What a difference a few songs and new people have done to lighten the mood in the pub...

It does the heart good to see people enjoying themselves and each other....

sisterknight looks at herself, she's very dirty and covered with the dust of all her travels of late, smacking the riding gloves against her dust covered mantle she strides into the quiet, dumping her travel sack to the floor heaves a mighty big sigh"aaaa it's sae gud to be hame....hamm i really need a good ole whiskey..."knocking it back she looks to see who's alive and who is comitose...

Wombat's keen sense of smell kicks in - even through the sudden summer hibernation that struck her down - and she sneezes from the cloud of dirt that has just invaded her dark little den behind the bar.

"Who just woke me from a Sam Elliott dream? Cuz I'm here to tell you..."

"SISTERKNIGHT!!! Is it really you? Not much earlier, I swear I dreamed I was in your garden, eating the carr...I mean, pulling weeds. Wow...how long was I out? I feel like a...zombat or something."

"Where is everybody?"

"More importantly, Barkeep, may I please, please, please get a bowl of Guiness?"

sisterknight wipes the dust from her mouth, she looks at the excited wombat prancing around her....."calm down girl.." sisterknight growls out...clearing her throat and signaling for another round she pulls the bowl of guinny closer to to the excited little wombat.." sorry haven't used the voice for a while didn't mean to be sae gruff" giving the wombat a cuff on the head

Hey Wombat good to see that you have come out of Hibernation, was beginning to wonder if something had happened to you.. we've missed you around here..How about I buy you and Sisterknight a drink?

Lady Marti realizes that she has fallen asleep in the chair by the fire. She picks up her guitar that has fallen to the floor, and looks around...
As she begins to pick again, she thinks" It is nice to have friends come and listen to the music that I play!!! I hope that everyone cam stay for awhile, and listen!!
She gestures to Sis to come and sit by ther fire......

"my lady, thanks for the wee dram" sisterknight gives lady a big hug

Perkeo had been sitting in the back of the pub sipping on his hot toddy lost in his thoughts of the colder days and nights coming up when he heard the guitar starting to play.

"Mind if I join you at the fire? I'd love to hear a good tune on a cold night like this one."
