Just thought I'd like to share this info with you...

As of 2/1/06, telemarketers will be able to call you on your cell phone. If you have not done so, please register your cell phone with the Federal Trade Commission's "Do Not Call" list. You can do it over the phone at (888) 382-1222 or over the internet at http://www.donotcall.gov.

I have my home, cabin, and cells on the do not call list and it is the real thing. They are publishing out cell numbers so telemarketers can call. What a tragic thought nono.gif

Still, better to be safe than sorry.

Mike, I agree. The same statement is made on the Do Not call site and it's a government deal. Oh, but then Government Intelligence is an oxymoron. unsure.gif

You CAN add your cell phone to the do not call list, but there is not a published list being sold of cell numbers. When I registered on the Do Not Call List when it first came out I added my cell number then.

I added it because when something asks for my primary phone number, I give my cell phone number because it's the only phone I have.
