The High Queen has opened her doors to all her royal subjects and those who have just started out on the board.  She bids you to a royal banquet and the best piping this side of the Mississippi River.  Everyone have a good day!!!!

My granddaughter said something the other day and it was so funny I laughed till I cried and my belly hurt.  Out of the mouth of wee bairns, be it lassies or laddies.

Hey Mag....congrats a bit late...

Would that be uilleann piping we'd get to hear?  Love that too of course, as its a wee bit more challenging.

Not sure if i could work a bellows bag and chanter....not quite so coordinated.

Sorry I missed the banquet...could ya invite the pipers back for me though?

Looks like everyone missed the banquet.  Me it was during hubbies vacation  (very little net time for me).
Was it like Mideivil Times? Simple, good food, but the slave was the real plus.

Ok! Let's help out little Aon.
Macfive did you and yours really meet up with maggiemahone1 and hers for a meal? Or did you just talk food in the chat room? Inquiring minds want to know.

Posted by: Aon_Daonna 27-Sep-2002, 01:17 PM
why not flee ever rainy germany and have a party in ever more rainy scotland? I could connect that with a visit of my boyfriend... or Ireland? Somewhere near cashel is a wonderful place and we may have the luck to see a rainbow...

ooh! I'm having a déjà vu...

:p Flee rain! OOOoo don't remind me. October in Michigan is rain. If it is not heavy out and out rain, it feels like walking trough a  rain cloud. It doesn't even have to be foggy, to soak you. Best place to go is dry southwest. Yah that's it go see my baby brother.  Yaw right... :-0

Catch that rainbow!  I been looking for that pot of gold for years and still have not found it.  Oh, I almost forgot I haven't found that leprechaun, either.

These are awesome pictures, did you take them yourself or do you just collect them?  Thanks for sharing your collection.

Not only are the rainbows beautiful but they are a sign from God to let us know the world will not be destroyed by a flood.

Aon, beautiful picts!  I love the double rainbows.  I have seen a couple of those in my lifetime.

Oh I see you know the ninth chapter Genesis,maggiemahone1.
Did you also belong to Rainbows for Girls?

The big one and the Derry picture are mine, the rest is collected from the net.. and they're not all.. I really have tons of them...

I'm not really religious I'm amazed by the physical phenomenon, that simple small raindrops and the sun in the right position can make such a beautiful sight...

I was on my way to work on Thursday and it had been raining and was cool, but the sun came out long enough for me to see my first rainbow this year.  I thought of Aon, when I seen it, since she has posted so many picts of rainbows. Usually I see rainbows in spring and summer, I can't recall of seeing one in October, ever.  Anyway, it was pretty as a picture! :D

When I drove to amsterdam to get Craig from the Airport there was the perfect rainbow! the perfest half of a circle stood over the dutch landscape, and I nearly had an accident because of it! and how I cursed myself that I haven't got my cam with me!

I haven't seen a rainbow in years. When I was driving to the airport to go home from my long trip to Australia...
As we were crossing the Sydney Harbour Bridge, a rainbow spanned the entire city. The center, being over the bridge. I drove through the rainbow. Just an awesome sight!
Wish my camera hadnt been packed!
