Does this really matter? I mean, this is even LESS than the M. J. thing! WTFC?

No. But it's still funny, though I think the joke is more on the sports and "lamestream" media than on Tiger Woods (actually the "lamestream" media is a joke). It's just more evidence that they all have turned into the "tabloid" media they all supposedly despise

Here's some more "great" reporting from the AP:

Case closed but Woods scrutiny continues

I have one question on what little facts are actually presented in this story. Does anyone know how the Florida Highway Patrol has Traffic Law enforcement powers on private property? It's my understanding that Tiger lives inside a gated community which would lead me to believe that the road or street he had the accident on is privately owned and maintained. I've always understood the most the police will do on an accident on private property (example: Mall Parking lot) is issue an accident report. Otherwise the incident is considered a civil matter and would need to be adjudicated in a civil lawsuit between the parties (assuming the insurance companies let it get that far).

The patrol thing is an interesting point. In my state they show up for shoot outs and the like. Minor things they leave alone. Maybe the report of a woman trying to destroy a Caddy (and possibly it's contents) with a driving wood caused them to think that a death might be eminent! Who knows. Tiger admitted the affair. He may be about to trade his wife, a highly paid model, for a waitress who probably gets good tips!

The trials of the celebrity life are a heavy burden to bear.

So the guy got caught putting on the wrong green. So what and who cares? It is between him and his wife. Why the hell make a big deal out of it. The media is like a bunch of old gossips at an afternoon tea.

It is interesting because of the image he projected through his press managers. Now three mistresses have come forward and indications are there are more. I wonder when he found time to play golf? It could be his fame will be for the ----- he played off the course.
