Just leave a wee dram for the little people maybe that will help too. They could be looking for attention. You just can't play 9-pin without some libations.
Dear Lord, lest I continue in my complacent ways, help me to remember that someone died for me today. And if there be war, help me to remember to ask and to answer "am I worth dying for?" - Eleanor Roosevelt
The ultimate result of shielding men from the effects of folly is to fill the world with fools. -- Herbert Spencer, English Philosopher (1820-1903)
"Irishness is not primary a question of birth or blood or language; it is the condition on being involved in the Irish situation, and usually of being mauled by it."-Conor Cruise O'Brien
The Gremlins, Witches and Leprechauns have all been asked to take their party elsewhere! Let's hope they listen!
Thanks go to Killian again today! I've been a bit under the weather today and she did a great job reinstalling the server software.
We've had a tough time the past month, but if things come in threes than this is the third and hopefully last event. To be honest with you, with each event a flaw has been exposed and has been fixed: 1) Our physical DSL-T1 Line; 2) A database issue; 3) And now a websever fix.
Our server had been upgraded many times over the years and needed a fresh install. This would be like installing windows 3.1; upgrading to Win 95; Win 98 and then XP - eventually you need to do a fresh install.
Good news though, no matter what happens it seems our backup plan works very good as evident by no loss in data!
I believe the only thing that is currently not work is IRC chat. We will get that workin in a few days.
Now Duct tape!!! That's Killian's favorite fixer upper - works for everything!
Hope your feeling better soon Celtic Radio. Thanks again Killian. Bravo on a job well done! I am so glad the back up system works and nothing was lost.
To Celtic Radio and Killian !!!! Thank-you you both for everything you do.

When I first went away to college, my dad gave me a huge roll of the stuff -- this was back when it had a good, real cloth backing, not like the plastic stuff today. I didn't understand it, and I said "Uhhh . . . gee, thanks, dad." He just answered "When the time comes, you'll know." When I came home for Christmas the entire roll was gone -- everybody in the dorm knew I had the duct tape.
