| Japanese authorities have ordered citizens to get away from an earth quake damaged nuclear reactor "FAST." It is supposedly "not" the reactor that is burning. This is the biggest quake to hit Japan since records have been kept. They have barely started the rescue and recovery efforts. We have sent a carrier group to the area to provide additional medical aid and fresh water. Since Japan is an industrial country, it will be interesting to note how much aid is offered. A number of Japanese industries have been shut down including Toyota, Mitsubishi and Sony amongst others. This is likely to have a detrimental effect on the stock market for quite some time.
