Tribal wars is a game sort of like this one, I like it because you can take over other peoples villages and rule them as your own.

A nice freature, me like, me like alot. That would bring a whole new level of strategy to MK if we could do that here. naughty.gif

Ya it would so i hope the designers are reading this because it makes you more interested in the game no matter how often you play.

Its usually not considderd very cool to acutually post competitors web sites for other games in a particular game forum.

In fact, not to be a forum deputy, but, in most regulated forums its a banable offense.

Sure you can talk about them, but the link is just bad form.

davlcam,
CR post links to other games and there was going to be a games forum started altho I don't believe it has been as of yet. This site is all about stress relief and enjoyment no matter what else I play I will always be a CR supporter and founder and I pay to play another game I found thru CR, so I say no harm no fowl but if we do have a games forum the mod. can move post such as this.
MK is the best so we don't need to worry about other games and what is wrong with shareing something you enjoy ? thumbs_up.gif

I agree with Lord gandolf

You should not worry about the competition of the other ones but by our own incompetence.

Have a Nice Day

Easy now.

While it's not exactly stellar form to post "competing" links into the forums of another, he didn't exactly come in slamming this one either. I'm going to let it slide, with the understanding that actively promoting another game will probably be less than well received after this. I'm sure Tribal Wars is a cool game too, but this area is for the game that is hosted on this site.

I also agree with you Lady Sekhmet:

I think is somewhat "unloyal" just to use a word, but as stated before: CR also promotes other games in their pages.

It's a matter of have fun.

Have a nice day.

Hey everyone...

I hope you guys dont get me wrong on my previous post. I was mentioning it simply because I have seen other game forums, i.e. free browser game forums, actually ban people for posting competing links.

I was not making any sort of claim as to the rights or wrongs, well maybe I did say it wasnt 'cool'... but I meant simply that usually such posting is frowned on.

Thanks gandolf for posting the link to the section where such discussions are sanctioned.

I used to play TW. It is quite fun smile.gif I had villages on worlds 11-16 and 21 at one time or another. Got to be more than I was interested in pursuing eventually though.

I used to be very active in Tribal Wars then with everything with getting ready for a wedding cut my time, so I put someone on as account sitter. I'm kind of thinking of going back, if my account is still active. But not sure how much time I would have being newly married.

Almost none, but more than when you've been married longer. unsure.gif

Dang I was hoping that longer I was married more time I would have for gaming. Of course once kids start coming about...
