They have this great sound of pipes and drums, and it really shows on there latest album Spirit of the Glen, especially in songs like “Amazing Grace”. I checked this CD out from the library the other day and enjoyed it so much that I had to purchase it after I had returned it, what a great album! I was surprised that I could not find it in the highlander radio artists file. Some of these tracks would be a great addition to the HR playlist. My favorite is track 8 Scotish Medley, which is really just three traditional scottish tunes merged into one. The track list. 1. Amazing Grace 2007 4:57 2. Sailing 3:58 3. Highland Cathedral 3:45 4. Last Of The Mohicans 5:26 5. Hector The Hero 4:11 6. Mull Of Kintyre 4:41 7. Dances With Wolves 4:06 8. Scottish Medley 7:26 9. Canon 3:26 10. The Day Thou Gavest 2:56 11. Caledonia 4:32 12. Over The Hills And Far Away 3:30 13. Your Love Echoes Around The World 3:38 14. The Green Hills of Tyrol 1:16 http://www.amazon.com/Spirit-Royal-Scots-Dragoon-Guards/dp/B000WSRPOO |
