Your Dodge sounds Fine. I love the older cars. I have found a 1964 Rambler Wagon that I keep telling Teresa, I am going to get her. She just cringes her nose. She want a Mustang Convertible. Can't argue that either. Bet you know what she will wind up getting and me in my `64 Rambler.

"I am a Canadian by birth, but I am a Highlander by blood and feel under an obligation to do all I can for the sake of the Highlanders and their literature.... I have never yet spoken a word of English to any of my children. They can speak as much English as they like to others, but when they talk to me they have to talk in Gaelic."

Both of those rides are sweet, OldRaven. I'd be tickled to drive either one. One of the things I look forward to each Thursday is getting the local Trade Express and Photo ads just so I can look at the old cars for sale in my area just to see if there's anything in there that makes me lust after it.
The 23 Ford woody rod with the 350 in it that has been going down in price for the last 3 weeks was gone last issue and my heart was broken....still have to wait for the escrow check on the sale of my cabin to come in before I can do anything more than just dream....but dreaming is better than no imagination at all.
Tomorrow's Thursday, by the way! Maybe I'll fall in love again.

Richard, that Rambler would make a fine surf vehicle....has a lay-down front seat, as I recall. There's even one mentioned in Delbert McClinton's "B Movie Boxcar Blues."
...and Annabelle, DO list your cars! Show me yours (list) and I'll show you mine (also list), Oh, the money that I've spent on fine old cars! Not a lot for any single one, but a whole lot on a buch of them. RON
Congrats Richard!!! I'm polishing up that bar so both of you can go sliding. And I'm gonna sit back and laugh my * off when you both fall off. Then considering Sister A's history. I'll call 911.

Compassion is the sometimes fatal capacity for feeling what it is like inside somebody else's skin. It is the knowledge that there can never really be any peace and joy for me until there is peace and joy finally for you too. - Frederick Buechner
If society prospers at the expense of the intangibles, how can it be called progress?
