I am not new to Highlander Radio, but I am new to this forum and am so excited to have the opportunities to meet other peoples that enjoy such inspiring music.
I had the privilage to be introduced to a wonderful pipe and drum band, Clann an Drumma, back in May '05 at the Gatlinburg Highland Games and their music has changed my musical preferences for the best.
Then I found Highlander Radio one day when I received an email from CelticRadio.net. I listen only to this station now .
Merry Part

So kick off your shoes, grab a mug of your favorite hot (or cold) beverage, turn up the music and have fun! I look forward to getting to know you better through your posts.

Welcome starshipdragon You will really enjoy this forum. They are quite a few friendly people here. You will get the warmest of welcomes also. The music is great. This year is the first time our family went to the Gatlinburg games also. We had a pretty good time. But it was not the first time to see Clann an Drumma or CAD for short. We seen them for the first time in Glasgow games in KY. 2002. We had found out they was going to in Pa that year so we went also. Have seen them every year since. At Glasgow, Murffreesboro,Grandfather mountain, and Ft.Wayne. Have a great time whenever there. Maybe we will meet up some time.
