Well, obviously it would be Saint Michael Archangel.

we have an icon of St Peckery with his blessed llamas up on the wall in our dining room. I am trying to lose weight; everytime I get an urge for chocolate, I look up at his shining face. works every time!

You know, that is something I find sort of amazing. The thing is however, that after he turned about 35, that horrible acne problem pretty much cleared up. True, many representations, even the ones from later in his life, still show his face looking a lot like a recently deposed Latin American 'strongman' now in a Miami jail on drug charges. But the whole thing about his immense size, I think, has been blown way out of porportion. You know, if he had looked like that then he would have rolled along instead of walked, or, err, waddled like most accounts state.
